Outside Live are delighted to present the UK's Number One Country Act The Shires for a special daytime picnic concert at Taverham Hall, Norwich.

Comprised of singer-songwriters Ben Earle and Crissie Rhodes. The Shires formed in 2013 after Earle posted a "There must be a country singer somewhere" message on Facebook seeking a partner, to which Rhodes responded.

They released their debut album Brave in 2015, becoming the first UK country act to chart in the Top 10 of the UK Album Charts. The group's second album, My Universe became the fastest-selling UK country album in history when it was released in October 2016.

Across their two albums Ben and Crissie have had 5 A list singles at BBC Radio 2 and appeared on a string of high profile TV shows including Graham Norton, BBC Music Awards, Children in Need Rocks and many more. They are to date the most successful UK Country Music Act ever.

We are delighted to be presenting them in a unique Outdoor environment so pack up your foldable chairs and a mighty fine picnic and join us for an incredible AFTERNOON of music featuring some of the best local Country acts in support of this outstanding Country Duo.
