Where is the Norfolk Showground?
The showground is conveniently located on the A47 west of Norwich, close to the A11 and only 20 minutes from Norwich rail station and the airport.

From the North and West – easily situated just off the A47 Norwich Southern Bypass at the A1074 Longwater Interchange.
From the South and East – Travelling to Norwich via the A11 from London any beyond or A140 from Ipswich, take the A47 westbound and follow the signs for Norfolk Showground.
The nearest Railway Station is Norwich, approximately 7 miles from Norfolk Showground.

If you buy VIP tickets it doesn't matter what time you arrive, you'll always have a space reserved at the front of the arena.
What items are allowed / not allowed:
You can bring along your own food and drink (including alcohol) OR you can purchase it on site.
We encourage you to bring a chair or blanket to sit on. Chairs will be provided for VIP customers only.
The following items are not permitted on site: metal knives, flame torches, sky lanterns, bbq's, stoves, any naked flames, sound recording equipment. Dogs are NOT permitted (with the exception of assistance dogs). Please do not leave your dog/s in your car. Bag searches will be in operation, please leave any prohibited items in your car. There is no facility to collect these after the concert if found during bag searches.
What would you recommend bringing?
You are welcome to bring your own blankets or seating, unless you're seated in the VIP area where seating is provided.
We recommend bringing appropriate clothing for the weather, and warm clothes even in good weather as it is noticeably cooler after dark. The cinema concert area and car parks are well lit, but it can be useful to bring a torch to help pack up your things and find your car.
Is there food and drink available onsite?
There will be bars and stalls selling beer, cider, wine, prosecco, spirits, soft drinks and hot drinks. We operate the Challenge 25 Policy and you may be asked for ID to verify your age when purchasing alcohol. We accept the following forms of ID: a valid passport; a valid EU photocard driving licence; or a photographic ID card with the National Proof of Age Standards Scheme – PASS - hologram.
There will also be some fantastic gourmet street food vendors for those not bringing their own food.
Is parking included in the ticket price?
Yes, there is plenty of free parking provided on site. Distance from car park to concert entrance varies but is usually between 50 – 350 metres. No overnight parking.
Is there disabled car parking available?
Yes, the car park area nearest to the concert arena is reserved for disabled parking. If you have a Blue Badge then there is no need to pre-book. Please simply follow the disabled parking signs on the day and ensure that your Blue Badge is clearly displayed in your windscreen.

Can I bring a gazebo and is there a charge?
No, sadly tents and gazebos are not allowed at this event.
Can I show my ticket on my smart phone / tablet rather than printing it out?
Yes, as long as you are able to fully download and save the ticket PDF to the device, and open it on the screen, the scanners will be able to verify it. Please ensure that you have downloaded the document before you arrive on site as we cannot guarantee enough coverage to do so once you arrive.
Is there an Info Point / Enquiries desk on site?
Yes, the Info Point is located at the main Box Office to the left of the main arena entrance. Please see staff there if you have any issues or queries on the day.
Is there a good meeting point on site?
We would recommend the Box Office to the left of the main arena entrance. There will be several chairs in case you’re waiting for a while (we all have friends like that, if you don’t, it’s you!).
Are children allowed to attend?
Children aged 5 and under can attend free of charge and do not require any form of ticket. Any child aged 6 or over requires a discounted child ticket.
Under 12s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian (18 or over) and supervised at a maximum ratio of 1 adult to 8 children.
Entry may be refused without valid proof of age (photocopy of passport or birth certificate is accepted).
Where is the best position to see everything on-site?
All members of the audience will be able to see the stage from any position onsite.
Where do I eat my picnic and at what time?
Feel free to make a picnic area for yourselves onsite where you can make a base for your group. People can eat their picnic at any time throughout the evening.
Can I bring my own BBQ or camping stove?
Unfortunately due to fire and safety regulations we do not allow this, or any naked flames onsite.
Is there a dress code?
There is no prescribed dress code. Most people choose to dress up to match the theme of the film you are viewing. We advise practical clothing where possible but some take the opportunity to go a bit more glamorous! Most of all, come prepared for the unpredictable British weather!
Can I smoke at the concert?
Smoking will now only be allowed in the designated smoking area.
